Company Response to COVID-19

As we wade into these unprecedented times during the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are taking steps to help flatten the curve by requiring all team members to work from home who are able. We hope this will not only help to slow the spread regionally, but as a major international exporter, we want to set the example for other businesses worldwide and to encourage them to follow suit. While it is too early to say what impact this will have on our organization, we understand the global implications that will be had if we do not take action, so we are implementing this new policy to support social distancing and are trying to have a positive impact in our community, for our country and for the planet as a whole.

The health, safety and security of our team members, family, friends and our distribution partners worldwide are of utmost importance to us. However, so is the continued growth and prosperity of Cypher, so we took the time this week to methodically set up an action plan, policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition towards our work from home policy, which will take effect immediately on Monday, March 23rd. Rest assured that due to these efforts, we will remain committed to providing the highest level of customer experience and will maintain the same high standards of supporting our clients and distributors worldwide.

Production will remain open so that deliveries will be made on time and we have also implemented new policies to ensure the safety of our devoted team members that will remain in the production area, even while all support staff works remotely. I want to personally thank all the team members who will remain at our facility even during this unprecedented era, as well as those who continued to travel until the bitter end. Your commitment and loyalty to the team speaks volumes to our culture and the values that we bring to the work place on a daily basis, and will be one of the main drivers behind our success in getting through the days ahead.

I look forward to one day being able to brag about how our team successfully navigated the waters of the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic and came out on the other end with as much momentum as we carried going into the crisis.
