We employ a team of technical road specialists including Civil Engineers, Engineering Technicians, and Construction Project Managers to ensure your project is implemented smoothly and successfully. To provide you with the full picture of our products and how they will perform, you will have access to numerous case studies, lab reports and technical data as a point of reference. - Technical Input
Our Engineering team will provide you with a questionnaire which you must then fill out. This questionnaire will help our team determine the application rates. Any images submitted of your potential road will aid in the determination of your treatment rate and subsequent project quote. Application rates will vary depending on factors such as road material type / geotechnical properties, traffic type and volumes, etc. This is why the questionnaire is critical to the process as we always want to ensure you are provided with the best advice for maximizing ROI and performance. - Product Demonstration
Both our road management solutions DUST/BLOKR® and ROAD//STABILIZR® can be deployed on a wide variety of roads including mine haul roads, access roads, secondary roads and even airstrips, runways, logging roads and municipal roads. You may also use DUST/BLOKR® for erosion control of mine tailings and stockpiles and other unpaved surfaces. It is important to conduct test projects that are not too short in terms of length as it can be difficult to quantify or visualize the dust reductions on the treated section due to fugitive dust carried on from the untreated sections of road. - Application Plan
Once the quote is accepted, we proceed with the application plan. Our Engineering team and construction Project Manager will develop a plan tailored specifically to your site. Our Construction Project Manager will be on-site to supervise first time applications whenever possible. In addition to ensuring the product is mixed and applied properly, the on-site project manager will also provide the training to your team to ensure they understand what needs to be done. - Receive the Product On-Site
Our products ROAD//STABILIZR and DUST/BLOKR are highly concentrated so a little product can go a long way! Typically the product is diluted anywhere from 10 parts to 5 parts water, depending on the variables discovered during the questionnaire and consultation process. Dilution rates are even higher for erosion control applications such as tailings piles and stockpiles, helping to ease logistical costs to transport the product to your site. DUST/BLOKR® is shipped in 1000 liter (264 US gallons) IBC totes and can also be shipped in bulk.
